- Confirm the job and location.Amanda will determine whether the work is appropriate for mobile service and what access or workspace is needed.
- Choose an appointment.Service is scheduled directly with Amanda. It is not an on-demand roadside service.
- Have the scooter accessible.A stable, safe working area helps the appointment go smoothly. Weather and site conditions can affect outdoor service.
Good fits for mobile appointments
Routine maintenance, tires, brakes, belts and rollers, batteries, many electrical issues, tune-ups, inspections, carburetor and fuel-system work, selected diagnostics, and other common scooter repairs can often be handled mobile.
When Amanda may need more information
Some repairs require specialized equipment, extensive teardown, unusual parts, or a work environment that is not practical at the scooter's location. Sending photos and a clear description before the appointment can help determine the right next step.
Based in Trenton, serving the region
Downriver is Amanda's core service area, with appointments throughout Metro Detroit, Oakland County communities including Farmington Hills, Novi, and Birmingham, and other parts of Southeast Michigan. Select Central Michigan appointments may also be possible depending on the job and schedule.
